At our summer conference some of the most exciting sessions of the day were the Pecha Kucha presentations delivered by Julianna Moates and Liam Henderson from Young Rail Professionals and Colas Graduates Munaf Ally and Catherine Lough. The session was introduced and judged by Clair Mowbray, Chief Executive, National College for High Speed Rail. Pecha Kucha is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each, which keeps presentations concise and fast-paced.

Julianna Moates – on why transport planners should be under 30 years old.

Munaf Ally – on health, wellbeing and intergenerational support in the rail industry.

Catherine Lough – on why we are teaching (it) wrong.

Liam Henderson – on the use of Cryptocurrency in the industry.
